About Us

We are specialized in Research and Development (R & D) of electronic circuit designs and embedded systems, relatively developing focused products with customized approach for clients.

The company will provide solutions, designs, installation, services for all solar powering needs and home automation with lighting concepts to clients according to their requirements and needs, so to reduce the cost and value their money. Solar Street Lights and Garden Lighting Solutions:

    Details:

  • 6W to 18W LED high bright IP 65 luminaire options can be provided, with long life working hours and excellent thermal management.
  • 5W DC LED bulbs can be provided for garden light fixtures with a centralized pole control concept.
  • Solar charger is programmed with Battery management protocol having high charging efficiency provided with regular protections.
  • 12V, 20Ah to 100Ah C10 rating Lead acid battery or 11.1V Lithium-Ion, 15Ah to 40Ah battery with 30Wp to 100Wp solar PV module options can be provided.
  • Dawn - Dusk operation with After 4/5 hours off/dimming options can be provided .
  • Overall > 85% Electronics efficiency with excellent performance.
  • It includes 4.5 meter height MS pole, 2.5 inch dia, 1.8 to 2mm thick and IP 45 battery lockable box (for Lead acid battery) with corrosion free polyester powder coat. For Lithium-Ion battery based the entire controller unit and battery is fixed in an IP-65 ABS Plastic enclosure under solar panel mountings.
  • 5 to 7 days autonomy (Back up capability).

  • Independent working with solar, battery and loads, Grid power is not required.

Portable Home Lightings:

    Details:

  • It has 3 LED DC lights (4W/5W) options & USB mobile charging port with individual switches.
  • Battery charging options by both mains (AC to DC SMPS) & 12V Solar module.
  • Housing built with strong Metal sheet Polyester powder coat cabinet.
  • Controller has high efficiency PWM 3-stage shunt battery charging technique provided with regular protections. It is programmed with battery management protocol and Dawn-Dusk operation.
  • Self consumption of controller with no load is < 1mA.
  • LED indications are provided for charging, Battery low, Mains charge, Solar charge & Acoustic alerts (Optional).

Lantern:

    Details:

  • Controller has high efficiency PWM 3-stage shunt battery charging technique provided with regular protections. It is programmed with battery management protocol and Dawn-Dusk operation.
  • Self consumption of controller with no load is < 600uA.
  • LED indications are provided for charging, Battery low.
  • 7.4V Lithium-Ion , 2Ah to 6Ah and 11.1V, 2Ah to 6Ah battery options can be provided.

High Efficiency PWM 3-Stage Solar Charge Controller:

    Details:

  • 12V, 5Amp/ 7.5Amp/ 10Amp range solar charge controller is available with on board DC fuse and provided with IP22 MS Polyester PC enclosure.
  • Indication LEDs for Charging status, Battery status, Load status and Acoustic alerts (Optional).
  • Dawn-Dusk or normal (load continues ON) mode options can be provided.
  • Protections: Reverse Battery and PV, Over load and short circuit fuse protection, Over PV voltage auto disconnects with warning indications, Battery to PV reverse current.
  • Boost regulation voltage : 14.3V, Float voltage : 13.8V, Battery Low disconnect: 10.8V, Load Reconnection: Next charging cycle (in Dawn-Dusk mode) / 12.8V( in normal mode), Max PV Voc: 25V. All values with +/- 0.2V regulation. Self consumption: < 5mA / 7mA.

DC LED lightings:

    Details:

  • 12V DC operated 4W/5W LED bulbs, 5W LED flat wall mount type and 10W LED tube lights for indoor applications with excellent thermal management for long life performance of LEDs.
  • 12V DC operated 6W to 18W LED Street light IP65 rated for out door applications with after 4/5 hours off/dimming options inbuilt can be provided.
  • LED drivers have >90% efficiency with polarity protection. 8 to 15V DC operating input voltage.

20Amp Solar Conversion Module (400Wp(max) for 12V / 650Wp(max) for 24V system):

    Details:

  • Conventional UPS can be converted to solar charging priority unit with 20A, 12V and 24V 4-Stage PWM charger.
  • Module contains Mains input plug, Mains relay controlled output 16A socket for UPS plug as input, Battery wire terminals, Solar PV input terminal block, 10Amp AC external fuse holder, Housing is built with MS PC enclosure.
  • Protections: Mains Fuse, MOV surge protection for AC, Surge suppression for solar PV, Battery short circuit DC fuse, Reverse PV, Battery reverse polarity connection and battery to PV reverse current.
  • Features: Solar to grid charging options by 3 user battery voltage settings 12.5V, 12V & 11.5V.
  • Boost regulation voltage : 14.3V/28.6V, Float voltage : 13.8V/27.6V, Battery Low disconnect: 10.8V/21.6V.
  • LED Indications & acoustic signals for battery status and charging is provided.
  • Max PV Voc: 25V/50V. All values with +/- 0.2V regulation. Self consumption: < 8mA.

Solar powered water pumping systems:

    Details:

  • AC, 3 Phase 3 H.P to 10 H.P motor drive options, with both working options on solar and grid power supply (Hybrid) with 3000Wp to 10000Wp solar modules respectively.
  • VFD module: Delta series.
  • Protections: Surge protection, over voltage, Current limit, Dry run.
  • Extra features: DC & AC MCBs, Power control switches in panel housing model with polyester powder coat lockable type. Grid power change over switch options.
  • PV module structure: MS hot dipped galvanized with robust engineering designs (Fixed or auto tracking options).
  • PV modules: With MNRE and standard certifications.

Solar powered rooftop systems (On-grid, Hybrid and AC-Coupled with net metering options):

    Details:

    On-Grid (With net metering):

  • Electricity generated from PV panels is fed to the user loads and excess energy is exported to utility gird through an energy meter, so to monitor / record the units of energy generated. In this type of system there will be no battery to store energy hence no backup.
  • In this type of system electricity is generated only during sun hours and more importantly when gird power is present. i.e., during sun hours and when grid power is absent, no electricity is generated hence no export to utility grid and also not served to user premise loads.

    • Hybrid (With net metering):

  • Electricity generated from PV panels is fed to the user’s premise loads and also used to charge back-up batteries, remaining excess energy is exported to utility grid through an energy meter, so to monitor / record the units of energy generated. As batteries are used for backups during non sunny hours power to user will be sufficient enough without interruption. During non sunny hours and grid supply is available, if batteries are low after use then it will be charged by grid and also supply to loads.
  • In this type of system the main advantage is during sun hours and if there is no grid supply, export to utility grid is stopped but supply for user loads and charging battery will continue its work.

    • AC-Coupled (With net metering):

  • In this type of system both hybrid and on-grid solar inverter will come in to picture. Electricity generated from PV panels is fed to the user’s premise loads and also used to charge back-up batteries, remaining excess energy is exported to utility grid through an energy meter, so to monitor / record the units of energy generated.

Solar powered rooftop systems (Off-grid and Hybrid without net metering):

  • Hybrid: Electricity generated from PV panels is fed to the user’s premise loads and also used to charge back-up batteries. During non sunny hours and grid supply is available, if batteries are low after use then it will be charged by grid and also supply to loads..
  • Off-Grid: There is no supply of grid line to the inverter. Only PV Module, Inverter and Battery will come into picture.

Home Automation

RGB and white/warm light drive controller:

    Details:

  • RGB strip light controller with wired manual push switch / wireless RF control for color sequence concept and multi colors settings.
  • RGB wall washers and focus lights with wired manual push switch / wireless RF control.
  • White / warm light 6 steps dim-bright controller for strip lights and wall washers with wired manual push switch / wireless RF control.

Motion Detector:

    Details:

  • Motion detector module designed to work on 220-230V ac both input and output, so to control the load devices by automatic on/off when ever movement is sensed in its sensing range with timing delay concept so to save energy. Same concept is also applicable for safety applications as by connecting to an external alarm or by inbuilt buzzer. Customized programming can be executed according to user requirements.
